The Royal Danish Defence College host conference on Nordic Ways of War and Peace
This week the Royal Danish Defence College hosted the ‘Nordic Ways of War and Peace’ conference which is the first of its kind.

The Commandant of the Royal Danish Defence College, Rear Admiral Nils Wang, welcomed the approximately 100 attendees to the event. The conference offered analyses, perspectives and national approaches from countries in Northern Europe.
Among the speakers were Finland’s Chief of Defence, Jarmo Lindberg, Danish Minister of Defence and Nordic Cooperation, Peter Christensen, Dr. Lars Nicander from the Swedish Defence University, former chairman of NATO’s Military Committee, Professor Knud Bartels, and Denmark’s Chief of Defence, Peter Bartram.
